Can a separation agreement be declared invalid by a Bucks County court?

Yes, the agreement can be declared invalid if it can be proven that a party signed the document under ignorance, coercion or false pretenses.  Make no mistake -- this is not an easy path and the bar is set high to prove the aforementioned facts.
